		<description><![CDATA[On the 14th of February 2020, celebrate the one you love by treating them to a delectable five-course dinner that puts fancy first. Park Inn by Radisson, Cape Town, Newlands, has created an extra special menu for Valentine’s Day. The five-course romantic feast starts off with an amuse bouche of ostrich carpaccio, pickled onion, horseradish mousse, crisp sweet potato, pecorino shavings and baby herbs. This is followed by delicious butter-poached prawns, served with smoked salmon panna cotta, samphire, bouillabaisse consommé pearls, sesame prawn toast and coral, as the starter. Watermelon and basil sorbet will be served as a palate cleanser, followed by the mouth-watering main course which is a delicious beef fillet, served with nutmeg, carrot and pea purée, peppered tomato, butterscotch baby roots, pickled mustard, crisp potato pops and thyme jus. The fifth and final course is dessert. This comprises a sweet sharing platter for two, featuring glazed chocolate Kahlúa liqueur cake, white chocolate cherry truffles, and a berry and liquorice macaron.
