Award-winning De Toren Private Cellar has revealed the new packaging of its 2018 right-bank Bordeaux style vintage: De Toren Edition Z. Affectionately known as ‘Z’ by wine aficionados across the world, the symphonic blend of five Bordeaux varietals has a slightly modified name and a stunning new label that showcases the progress of the vintage while retaining the essence of its 15-year legacy and the recent brand relaunch.
Investment in luxury wines is by no means a new trend. In fact, wine investment is now the fourth most popular luxury investment globally. Also, although wines from Bordeaux in France were long the top choice for fine wine investments, wines from many other regions across the world – including South Africa – are now positioning themselves for investment as quality and demand continue to increase.
