Creative Block exhibition at GFI gallery in Gqeberha

Colourful, contrasting and ever-evolving, the Creative Block collection is the result of a one-of-a-kind initiative – a fun platform for experimentation that invites artists from around the country to create artwork at a set size and price.

Individually, these artworks are a showcase of the participating artists’ stories, while displayed together they create a magical collage of South African artistry. Between 8 December 2023 and 30 January 2024, at the GFI Gallery in Gqeberha, visitors will get the chance to experience this rich and striking expression of South African culture, with ‘creative blocks’ from over 250 local artists.
