Lift-off for Lift Club

Lift Club, the Design Foundation’s business workshop, has hit the road with 20 passengers and a diverse group of drivers. These drivers – seasoned South African designers, business owners and professional experts – will mentor 10 Cape Town passengers and 10 Johannesburg passengers over the course of four sessions aimed at equipping young design entrepreneurs with new skills to shift their businesses up a gear.

Lift Club represents a firm and on-going commitment by the Design Foundation to foster excellence and to help designers flourish in South Africa. The Lift Club mentorship programme is aimed at early career development, presenting an opportunity to learn from our circle of experienced industry experts, at a critical stage in a designer’s career.
