“We admire how the Sunshine Tour has brought out the best in local talent – and it’s a privilege to be in the game, and on the international stage too, as a wine partner. As we pour our award-winning wines, golf fans will experience the exceptional quality and craftsmanship that Spier represents,” said Frans Smit, Managing Director for Spier Wine Farm.
The Sunshine Tour, known for its legacy of producing world-class golfers, will see Spier wines flowing at some of the most anticipated events, including the Joburg Open, Investec South African Open, Cape Town Open, and more. Fans can look forward to exciting initiatives, including a chance to win Spier wines and farm goods, and enjoy unique moments where pro golfers will step into the shoes of our talented winemakers.
Art and wine will intertwine as attendees can watch as a guest artist from the Spier Arts Trust paints the largest ‘Creative Block’ live on one of the greens. “Get ready to celebrate the spirit of golf and the artistry of winemaking together. With Spier and the Sunshine Tour, we’re driving goodness home!” says Frans Smit.
